The forms and process for the Court's Mortgage Modification Mediation Program will be changing effective July 1, 2015.  The changes include that prior to filing the motion to participate in the MMM Program, the Debtor will be required to prepare the initial documents using www.documods.com and pay a fee of $40.  Use promo code wieb40 to qualify for the $40 price.
