Training and Registration

The CM/ECF Training server is undergoing extended maintenance and will be unavailable to external users for the foreseeable future. Attorneys or support staff requiring access to the training server may do so in person, by contacting Paul Walter at 414-290-2730 and scheduling an appointment in the clerk’s office.

New User Registration

Beginning March 1, 2021, the Eastern District of Wisconsin's Bankruptcy Court will be fully integrated in the Next Generation of CM/ECF. One of the benefits of this integration is the Central Sign-On module, which will allow users the ability to access our filing system using credentials received through PACER. Please see the instructions below for registering for PACER and/or filing access to our district.
