The Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin invites public comment on its pending consideration of a request that it amend its presumptively reasonable fees in chapter 13 cases. The court last considered those fees in November 2017. Based on the request, the court is currently considering increasing the chapter 13 fee amounts that it will presume to be reasonable, as follows:
