At its March 2020 session, on the recommendation of the Committee on Court Administration and Case Management, the Judicial Conference approved inflationary adjustments to fees on the appellate, district, and bankruptcy court miscellaneous fee schedules, and on the Court of Federal Claims and the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation miscellaneous fee schedules. These changes are scheduled to become effective December 1, 2020.

Chapter 7 filing fee - $338.00
Chapter 13 filing fee - $313.00
Chapter 12 filing fee - $278.00
Chapter 11 (non-railroad) filing fee - $1,738.00
Chapter 11 railroad fee - $1,571.00
Chapter 9 filing fee - $1,738.00
Chapter 15 filing fee - $1,738.00
Motion to terminate, modify, or condition the automatic stay - $188.00
Motion to compel abandonment of property of the estate pursuant to rule 6007(b) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure - $188.00
Motion to withdrawal the reference of a case or proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(d) - $188.00
Motion for combined motion for relief from stay/abandonment - $188.00
Motion to sell property of the estate free and clear of liens under 11 U.S.C § 363(f) - $188.00
