The Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin has approved the proposed amendment to increase presumptively reasonable fees in chapter 13 cases. The amendment is effective for chapter 13 cases filed on or after May 1, 2024. A summary of the fee increases is listed below.
