Electronic Document Submission System Form

The Electronic Document Submission System (EDSS) will permanently shut down on Friday, June 20, 2025. After that date, you will not be able to use this application to submit documents. You can still file documents by bringing them to the clerk’s office in person, mailing them, or using the drop box on the east side of the Courthouse.

Tips for Submitting Documents:
  • If you have a case number associated with your submission(s), please make sure to include the number in the Case Number field.
  • Filers can attach up to 5 documents with each submission. Please utilize all 5 document fields when submitting 5 or more documents.
  • Make sure your documents are flattened.
  • Make sure your documents contain a wet ink signature if the Official Form contains a signature block.
